Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online product listings, monitor and analyze web analytics to improve sales performance, handle customer service inquiries, and execute e-commerce strategies. Daily tasks also include coordinating with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and managing the online sales platform to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring web analytics and improving sales performance
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and sales strategies
• Experience in Sales within an online retail environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in ICT or a related field is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
