Job descriptionCoordinate teacher scheduling and manpower planning across centres. Manage academic timetables, calendars, and administrative efficiency. Monitor student performance, attendance, and overall safety compliance. Cultivate a high-performance culture among teachers and students. Handle parent communication, feedback, and service recovery professionally. Oversee digital platforms for attendance, announcements, and student portfolios. Prepare official announcements, circulars, and reports for stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Engineering, Communication, IT, Robotics, or related field . Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching or preschool operations. Passionate about education, leadership, and innovation . Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia ; Mandarin is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for education or content creation. Strong discipline, accountability, and leadership qualities. Job Purpose
The Academic Executive plays a key role in ensuring academic and operational excellence across our schools. You’ll lead curriculum development, support teachers, and uphold a culture of quality learning and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1 : Academic Excellence
- Design and develop academic modules for preschool and primary students, including STEAM-based learning .
- Teach and mentor students in core and enrichment subjects.
- Coach and support teachers to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons.
- Evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Research and implement best practices in pedagogy, curriculum, and education technology .
- Organize academic events such as competitions, workshops, and innovation projects.
