About The Role : This position is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion.

Characteristics of Responsible Projects : Medium complexity and risk, midterm duration (weeks to months), typically less than $2 million USD in value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects.
• Interpret and apply standard to moderately complex project documents such as contracts, leases, and drawings.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope, budget, schedule, and quality plans.
• Identify and select project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, and analyze bids.
• Lead project teams, facilitate communication, and ensure documentation governance.
• Track project progress, report variances, and develop action plans.
• Assess change requests, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities : No formal supervision; provides informal guidance and manages third-party resources.
