Invoicing Clerk
Core Responsibilities :
- Prepare invoices for goods sold or services rendered
- Verify data (quantities, prices, discounts, customer details) before issuing
- Send invoices to customers
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and outstanding accounts
- Match invoices against delivery orders, purchase orders, or contracts
Other Duties :
Track payments — check if customers have paid on timeFollow up on overdue accountsData entry into accounting systemsFile management — both digital and physical copiesAssist in audits by providing invoice recordsGenerate reports (e.g. monthly outstanding balances)Answer customer queries about invoicesSupport general office admin tasks when neededSkills Needed :
Attention to detailComputer literacy (Excel, accounting software like SQL, AutoCount)Good communicationOther Requirements :
20 years and aboveSPM - At least C in Mathematics / Additional MathematicsHaving a Diploma in Accounting is an advantageFresh graduate may applyJob Type : Full-time
Pay : From RM1,700.00 per month
