Job descriptionResponsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers. Maintain a high level of service and quality working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately. To attend and respond to customer’s needs promptly and professionally. To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners. To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of rest room etc. To make sure all garbage are thrown away before closing of the outlet. Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum SPM holder. Experience working in F&B would be an advantage. Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English. Good attitude and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on the weekends and Public Holidays.
