Job descriptionPrevious experience as a pool attendant or lifeguard, preferably in a water park or similar recreational setting Strong swimming and lifesaving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Certification in first aid and CPR, or the willingness to obtain these certifications A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests At Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience. Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bandar Sunway, Selangor location. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they enjoy our world-class water park facilities.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring the pool area and surrounding facilities to identify and address any safety concerns
- Providing lifeguard services and assisting guests in the water as needed
- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool and its equipment
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of pool-related equipment and activities
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintaining accurate records and logs of pool activities and incidents
