Job description
Responsibilities :
- On-site troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning products, diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions promptly
- Perform maintenance and support services as needed
- Handle customer inquiries / claims professionally and efficiently
- Prepare documents and system update after site visits (Certificates, Service report and etc.)
