Job Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory movements and shipments.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to guarantee timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service to support smooth operations and address any order-related inquiries.
- Assist salesman for sales order enquiry including opening sales order, process invoice and provide quotation to customer.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
