Job description維護採購、供應商資料庫和合約的準確記錄。 協助準備採購相關報告以供管理階層審查。 處理與採購相關的歸檔、文件和信函。 與財務團隊聯絡以進行發票驗證和付款處理。 與供應商和廠商建立並維持牢固的關係。 解決與供應商相關的問題，例如交貨延遲、產品品質問題和糾紛。 工商管理、供應鏈或相關領域的文憑 / 證書。 至少 1-2 年採購或行政工作經驗。 精通 Microsoft Office；接觸 ERP / 採購系統是額外的優勢。 較強的溝通、談判和組織能力。 高度關注細節並能夠管理多項優先事項。 具競爭力的薪資待遇和績效獎金。 法定繳款：EPF、SOCSO、EIS。 職涯發展和晉昇機會。 友善且支持的團隊環境。

主要職責
採購
- 尋找、評估並與供應商協商，以確保最佳的價格、品質和條款。
- 根據公司標準作業程序 (SOP) 準備和處理採購訂單。
- 監控庫存水準並與相關部門協調補貨。
- 比較報價、準備成本分析並獲得管理層的採購批准。
- 追蹤訂單狀態和交貨時間表，以確保及時供應貨物和服務。
