Operations Executive

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our Retail Operations Manager in the daily running of Floristika’s retail and back-end operations. You’ll help keep things flowing smoothly — from managing stock and handling products to ensuring the retail floor always looks its best. Responsibilities

• Retail & Inventory Operations : Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods (fresh flowers, plants, and supplies) for quality and quantity.
• Perform hydration, trimming, and conditioning of flowers upon arrival.
• Label and stock items accurately using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cold rooms, prep areas, and storage spaces.
• Set up and restock the retail space with attractive, price-tagged displays.
• Prepare and pack flowers and foliage for export shipments, ensuring quality and proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reporting.
• Support walk-in sales fulfilment and ad-hoc packing requests.
• Coordinate with gardeners, customer service, and purchasing on plant rental maintenance and availability.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management.
