Application Engineer (Pumps, Sensors, Flow Meters)

Our Client is a global leader in the manufacture of industrial pumps, sensors, systems and related flow-control solutions. They are looking for an Application Engineer who has regional experience in providing technical and sales support to customers across APAC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support field installation and work closely with sales team to provide technical solutions to customers on-site or online
• Create training programs and conduct on-site trainings for distributors / customers
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures. Complete all required GCS in a timely manner.
• Provide customers’ feedback to our R&D organization to ensure continual improvement.
• Continual updating of internal products and changing OEM requirements
• Travel to customer locations as required (up to 50%)
