Job descriptionAnswer incoming phone calls and emails from prospects and existing customers Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer. ( Exp : Service request, Product request, Quotation request,Invoice , Delivery order and so on) Maintain relationships with existing clients And ad hoc task as assigned by superior Coordinate between customer and operation Responding to client inquiries regarding credit terms, products, pricing and availability. Develop new potential customers and business opportunities. Required language(s) : 中文, English, Bahasa Melayu At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Communication Positive, self motivated & demonstrated abilities in working both independently and as a team. english (Required) Bahasa (Required)
