- As a Guru you will be accountable for :
- Processing and managing orders accurately, ensuring all order details are correctly entered into the system.
- Coordinating with sales, finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all order management activities.
- Handle customer eKYC approval process by performing detail validate on all documents submitted by property agents.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of order management processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Participating in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Supporting special projects and initiatives related to order management and sales operations as needed.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- We're looking for someone who has :
- Experience in order management, sales operations, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 1 years working experience in sales order processing, fresh graduates may also apply.
- Required language(s) : English
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data.
- Ability to work swiftly and accurately, even when under time pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to grasp and perform complex rules-based tasks in a consistent manner.
