Telesales Sales Manager

Thakral One is looking for a Telesales Sales Manager with 5–8 years of experience in telesales or call centre management. The role involves leading 100+ agents , driving sales performance, coaching teams, and managing multiple stakeholders across vendors and in-house teams. Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or financial services is preferred.

The Role.

• Oversee day to day telesales operations with 100+ call center agents
• Coach agents on customer sales and service skillsets
• Support agile sales experimentations (i.e., new scripts, new offers, new tools)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (i.e., call centre vendors, in-house remote sales management team, product teams and technology teams)
