EVENT COORDINATOR

Overview

NBRAND (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team based in Perai, Penang. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organising and executing engaging and successful events for our clients. This is a full-time position, and you will be working closely with our marketing and events team to bring our events to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to develop event concepts and proposals that align with client objectives.
• Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.
