Order Management Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or sales operations in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and order management tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
