Job Type : 12 Months Renewable contract

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain LifeAsia system modules to support life insurance policy administration.
• Provide ongoing production support for LifeAsia including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for new products, changes, or enhancements in the LifeAsia environment.
• Customize LifeAsia scripts, batch jobs, and screens to accommodate product changes and operational needs.
• Support policy lifecycle processes such as new business issuance, policy servicing, claims processing, renewals, surrenders, and payouts within LifeAsia.
• Perform testing (unit, system, and user acceptance) for LifeAsia-related developments and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation including technical specs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Participate in LifeAsia system upgrades, patching, and data migration activities when required.
• Ensure all development and configuration activities align with compliance, security, and audit requirements.
