Quality Engineer

About the role

Join the dynamic team at LyondellBasell Polymers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as a full-time Quality Engineer. Based in Port Klang, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance across our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Quality Engineer is responsible to assure daily operation / activities in QC lab compliance to site and corporate policies / procedures. He / she works a technical leader, to perform receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and some additional experiments; QE should know the QMS knowledge, e.g. ISO / 9001, IATF16949; be able to use QC tools to analyze and investigate quality issues; be able to coach quality technicians and complete other tasks assigned from the supervisor.

What we're looking for

Education :

Diploma or Bachelor degree or above.

Work Experience :

Minimum 3 years experiences in quality management related field, working in compounding industry and customer complaints handling experience is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications

ISO9001 or IATF16949 internal auditor certified is preferred
