Quality Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION & AUTHORITIES

Develop and implement quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence.

Design and establish quality control systems to monitor and enhance processes.

Monitor and analyze quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Collaborate with operations managers to establish controls and implement process improvements.

Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to products or production processes.

Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements to address quality challenges.

Review codes, specifications, and processes for alignment with quality requirements.

Act as a procedure checker to ensure all procedures meet quality targets.

Perform comprehensive risk assessments for new tools or process releases to ensure readiness and safety.

Participate in technology transfer projects and drive annual technical project initiatives.

Define and uphold quality control standards to ensure operational excellence.

Manage ISO documentation and audit activities to ensure compliance and certification.

Implement and maintain the environmental management system within the assigned department or area.

Manage and address environmental concerns arising from departmental activities and services.

JOB COMPETENCY

Have at least 3 years of working experience in quality management in manufacturing field.

Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.

Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project management skills.
