Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, reviewing corporate performance, assessing overhead costs, and evaluating sales team profitability. The candidate will prepare performance sheets, maintain financial databases, and generate required reports. A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills is essential, along with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and handle sensitive information appropriately.

• Reconcile daily processes, including project / account reconciliation, review and analysis of monthly financial data.
• Perform various financial functions such as analysis, monthly and quarterly corporate performance review, overhead cost review, and sales team profitability.
• Prepare and maintain performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss.
• Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets, and generate various financial reports as required.
• Maintain high degree of detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including reconciliation, summary, and analytical tasks.
• Organize and synthesize large amounts of data, summarizing key concepts and articulating findings appropriately.
• Appropriately handle sensitive information.
