Overview

Senior Talent Advocate at Grit Search / Freshlybaked

Role : Financial Analyst (Based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia) for a client in the telecommunications industry. The role focuses on FP&A, providing actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders to support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities for business units.
Provide in-depth financial analysis , variance reviews, and business insights to support decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional teams to review business cases, assess new initiatives, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy or related field , with 5+ years of relevant experience (including at least 2 years in FP&A).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly meticulous and deadline-driven.

Proficiency in SAP, Workday, Power BI, and Excel .

Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills.

Background in FMCG or Telco is a plus.
