Product Manager (Cross-border Payments / FX)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Card Product Manager . The Card Product Manager will oversee the growth and execution of our card issuance programs, focusing on delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions for both B2B and B2C segments. The role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of product strategy to drive innovation in the Fintech space.
What You’ll Do :
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for FX and cross-border payment services, focusing on designing innovative rate management and execution options while delivering a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Drive end-to-end product development including conceptualisation, design, build, test, and deployment by working with UI / UX, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Manage external partners in integrating their solution platforms and set up proper operational / support processes as part of implementation.
- Define and execute project plans, breaking down tasks, mapping dependencies, and identifying the critical path to ensure high-quality and on-time product deliveries.
- Set product pricing and manage end-to-end costs to ensure product profitability with a short and long-term view.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to develop customer value propositions, marketing collaterals, and training materials.
- Review and ensure proper processes and controls are in place for risk mitigation and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Understand, define, and track product metrics and collect user feedback to optimise user experience and performance.
- Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, problem investigation (e.g., payment rejections), post-implementation review, and escalation.
- Act as an internal product expert to answer product-related questions.
