Product Manager - Embedded Finance, Malaysia

With offices in London and Kuala Lumpur, we’ve graduated from Mastercard’s Start Path Programme and the Natwest Fintech Growth Programme, earned multiple industry awards, and are now looking for a visionary Product Manager to guide the evolution of our product, the strategy and delivery of our embedded finance solutions.

A hands-on role, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, you’ll work with leadership and cross functional teams to deliver products that are robust, scalable, and valuable to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy : Define & deliver initiatives that align with mmob’s long-term visions and market opportunities.
• Own the Product Roadmap : Set priorities using OKR and KPI methodologies to deliver best-in-class embedded finance solutions.
• Drive Innovation : Champion iteration, market differentiation and the development of scalable practices. Establish best practices for iteration, market positioning and competitive difference.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with leadership, engineering, design, operations and commercial teams.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as a key product liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Oversee Projects & Risks : Ensure seamless execution of client-facing projects, identifying and mitigating risks early.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics and market insights to refine product performance and strategy.
• Support Commercial Growth : Contribute to go-to market strategies, demos, pre-sales, and commercial discussions.
• Be our Product Evangelist : Share our vision and progress with clients, partners and industry leaders.
• Proven Experience : 5+ years in product management, with experience delivering fintech or SaaS products
• Leadership & Mentorship : Skilled at leading cross-functional team and guiding product talent.
• Strategic Thinking : Able to define and execute short and long-term product strategy.
• Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of APIs, digital interactions and familiarity with software development, data analytics and UX / UI principles.
• Stakeholder influence : Comfortable engaging with leadership and external partners at a strategic level.
• Agile & Product Management Tools : Proficient with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Adaptability : Thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment where change is normal.
• Flexibility : Willing to work variable hours to accommodate international clients.
