We get it. That’s why this unique program might be for you.

At Reapra, we partner with individuals who aspire to build the industries of the future—not just businesses. We understand that the journey to becoming an entrepreneur can be daunting, but you are not alone.

What We Offer : A 3-6 months

• self-discovery program (part-time) to help you discover and articulate your life mission and north star

SGD$50,000-S$100,000 in funding to get started with your First Learning Practice (FLP) (i.e. your first business)

High-touch learning support from Reapra throughout the process

A community of like-minded individuals building something bigger than themselves

Specially designed for those who

feel stuck, frustrated, or unfulfilled in your current career or life path

want to make a difference but don’t know where to start

have always been curious, ambitious, and full of ideas—but never had the right platform

are willing to commit long-term (10+ years) to building something meaningful

This is not a short-term program nor a traditional startup accelerator. It is a long-term commitment for those who want to create the change they want to see. If you are curious about entrepreneurship but unsure where to start, we invite you to take this first step. No prior business experience required.

Requirements

A strong desire to build something meaningful— you don’t need a business idea yet, but you must be willing to explore, learn, and take action.

Curiosity and problem-solving mindset —you see gaps in the world and wonder, “How can this be better?”

Willingness to adopt a beginner's mindset — you are willing to suspend your existing experiences and skills to embark on a brand new journey.

Openness to learning and co-learning —you’re eager to be challenged, coached, and supported in your journey.

Commitment to long-term impact (10+ years) —you’re not just looking for a quick win but a lasting, systemic change.

Willingness to dedicate time —the venture-building program requires 2-3 hours per week for 3-6 months, and if you decide to build with us, you should be prepared to go all-in after the program.

No specific educational background, industry experience, or business expertise required—just the mindset and drive to create change.
