Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maxis Retail Store Crew located in Seberang Perai & Sunway Carnival Mall, Penang. The Retail Crew will be responsible for assisting customers, providing information about Maxis products and services, processing sales transactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks also include managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales skills and ability to perform product demonstrations.
• Experience with inventory management and store maintenance.
• Teamwork and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
