JD Logistics is expanding in Malaysia, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our recruitment strategy, sourcing top talent, and ensuring we hire the right people to fuel our logistics growth across the region. Partner with hiring managers in Middle East to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly for logistics and supply chain roles. Develop recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs to ensure efficient processes. Drive employer branding initiatives to position JD Logistics as an employer of choice in Malaysia. Collaborate with regional HR teams to align recruitment practices with business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

3 years’ experience in recruitment , preferably within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries. Strong sourcing skills with proven success in filling operational and mid-level roles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment
