We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia.
Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

At least 3 years of work experience.

Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department / Non-tech roles.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.

Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
