What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee distribution of Employer Brand, Social Media (internal and external) Diversity Efforts, and overall candidate experience; partner with internal functions to execute innovative and cost-effective efforts that support talent acquisition objectives and attract top talent.
• Manage Arrow’s external talent acquisition vendors to optimize performance against business requirements.
• Act as a thought leader for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) design and processes to optimize the Talent Acquisition function and RPO technologies, ensuring a superior user experience and compliance with EEO / OFCCP interdependencies.
• Manage talent acquisition vendor partnerships and content to align Arrow’s Employer Brand with vendor efforts to attract top talent.
• Develop processes and improvements that support an efficient talent acquisition lifecycle, and communicate efforts and successes in partnership with the HR Director, Talent Acquisition.
• Liaise with the business on reporting needs to interpret data outputs effectively.
• Oversee Arrow’s background screening vendor to minimize roadblocks and ensure a positive candidate and team experience from Offer to Background check.
