Responsibilities

Assess and handle risk control alerts according to the SOP, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of alert handling during work hours to avoid false positives and missed alerts.

Review user information and withdrawal requests.

Monitor changes in risk control rules of external competitors and provide corresponding suggestions based on existing rules.

Continuously learn platform rules and enhance personal professional skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk

Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills

Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities

Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work

Available to work on weekends and withrotated shifts between day and overnight shifts

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
