The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team in Penang. This role is ideal for entry‑level sales or sales support professionals looking for their next challenge and will be focused on selling Medication Carts into healthcare institutions in the Northern Region of Malaysia (Penang, Kedah / Perlis, Perak). Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential hospital clients, understand their needs, and present tailored automation solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular reporting to Management.
- Experience : 1‑2 years in sales or sales support within the healthcare automation sector (ideal but not required)
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Drive : A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Education : Bachelors degree in any Healthcare field, Business, Engineering, or similar.
- This role will require frequent travel to Penang & may require interstate and international travel at times.
