Job Description
In your new role, you will :
- Engage in the development of FMEA and Reliability Assessment Plan (RAP), identifying and assessing all risks related to package reliability concerning stress test requirements to achieve first pass qualification. Separate Q006 qualification shall be applied for Cu wires.
- Deliver package platform-specific reliability knowledge on relevant failure modes, dependencies from material, design, and process to provide comprehensive result assessments supported by analytic results in RAR.
- Consult on stress / IPI results of qualification, CARs, and BE segments on all reliability issues. Independently consult additional reliability experts on failure modes, e.g., FE / BE interaction, second level.
- Analyze and report Reliability Stress Test and PTA results to offer proposals, recommendations, and conclusions to the project team.
- Evaluate and / or develop new tools / methods to improve results or solve complex / new problems; support Autobahn, Mission, and Q006 projects.
Your Profile
You are best suited for this role if you have :
Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) or Science (Chemistry / Physics / Material).Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.Required skills include :
Analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving, and solution development.Experience in full reliability assessment flow and specific reliability stress requirements.Ability to discuss and conclude root causes from failure mechanisms.Knowledge of electronic device assembly and interconnect technology; contribution to FMEA from past experience with customer complaints and yield analysis.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
