We are looking for a candidate who can manage and coordinate quality-related issues with glove suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the quality management system. Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and headquarters to uphold product quality and address customer complaints.
Job Responsibilities :
- Liaise with glove suppliers to address quality issues, including conducting regular plant audit.
- Monitor and advance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDPMD, and any other related regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and assist to update quality manuals and procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with headquarters to ensure consistent product quality.
- Follow up with suppliers on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track trends and improvements.
- Document audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the Senior Manager in ad-hoc quality initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in the glove manufacturing industry, with a focus on Quality Assurance.In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent report writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Japanese language proficiency is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.Willing to travel extensively, both domestically and overseas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
