Wine Service Crew

Job Overview :

We are hiring Wine Service Crew to provide attentive service, support wine events, and create a welcoming guest experience. This role suits individuals passionate about wine, hospitality, and learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality wine service at the restaurant / bar, ensuring guests enjoy a premium experience.

Present and pour wine professionally, assisting with pairings under the sommelier's guidance.

Support senior staff in setting up and executing wine dinners, tastings, and events onsite and offsite.

Maintain glassware, bar tools, and service areas to the highest standards.

Learn wine basics and participate in ongoing training to grow expertise.

Assist with stock handling, wine restocking, and POS operations when needed.

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service throughout the dining experience.

Requirements :

Hospitality or service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Positive attitude, team player, and excellent communication skills.

Strong interest in wine and eagerness to attend training.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and attend offsite events when needed.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
