Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service :
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Food Preparation :
- Prepare food according to company standards and safety procedures.
- Ensure food items are fresh, correctly portioned, and cooked to the proper temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep areas.
- Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale (POS) Operation :
- Operate the POS system for processing customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change as needed.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene :
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination.
- Team Collaboration :
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with stocking and organizing supplies.
- Support other team members during busy periods.
- Stock and Inventory Management :
- Assist in receiving deliveries and stocking inventory items.
- Ensure supplies are kept at appropriate levels and notify management of shortages.
- Other Tasks :
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Education : PMR,SPM, High school diploma or equivalent.Experience : Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus but not required.Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to (weight) pounds.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Work Environment
Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Standing for extended periods and working in kitchen conditions (heat, cold, etc.).May involve working during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.Job Type : Full-time
