Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service :
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Food Preparation :
• Prepare food according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Ensure food items are fresh, correctly portioned, and cooked to the proper temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep areas.
• Cash Handling & Point-of-Sale (POS) Operation :
• Operate the POS system for processing customer orders and payments.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change as needed.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene :
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination.
• Team Collaboration :
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with stocking and organizing supplies.
• Support other team members during busy periods.
• Stock and Inventory Management :
• Assist in receiving deliveries and stocking inventory items.
• Ensure supplies are kept at appropriate levels and notify management of shortages.
• Other Tasks :
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
