Network / Server Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and related technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve connectivity and system issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement network solutions that support business needs.
• Maintain and regularly update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.
• Implement and configure network devices and services, including load balancers, VPNs, and security appliances.
• Ensure network security by applying appropriate firewalls, access control policies, and other security measures.
• Conduct network maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, software patches, and system backups.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and network performance testing.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal IT teams on network-related matters.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal team and external third-party vendors, SOC teams, and compliance team to continuously enhancing and securing offices' network environment.
