Job descriptionPreferable candidates have agency / brand working experience Proficient in English and Chinese is a must, while Malay language would be an added point for our consideration as we work with few Government-Linked Company Education level is not our first priority if possess at least 1-2 years working experience 13th-month salary performance-based Annual salary increment based on performance No compulsory or forced leave during Chinese New Year and holiday periods (Up to 8 days) Medical Claims - Consultation and medication at registered general clinics Annual Leave - Increases according to your years of service Work From Home

Job Responsibility
- Social Media Management : Manage daily posts, comments, and DMs on Meta Platform.
- Content Marketing (English-focused) : Develop and schedule high-quality, engaging content.
- Content Planning for each client from strategy until design guide.
- Collaboration & Support : Coordinate with the internal team (Designers, Content Creators).
- Participate in brainstorm sessions for marketing campaigns or launches.
- Support marketing manager in strategic planning.
- Social Media Calendar & Publishing : Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for Facebook & Instagram.
- Schedule posts, reels, and stories using Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio.
- Align content themes with brand strategy, campaigns, and local trends.
