We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS) . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Operations Specialist - General Insurance Claims

Claims Operations (Supporting Hong Kong)

Processing General Insurance (Non-Motor) Claims includes, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.

The ultimate objective is to facilitate a streamlined and accurate claims handling process, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions for a diverse range of non-motor insurance policies in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to :

Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time.

Analyze claims made by policymaker and ensuring policies are updated with latest policy precondition.

Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid.

Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and / or outstanding information from clients.

Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.

Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes.

Proactively identify problems with the team or client and provide solutions.

Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.

What you need to have :

A Bachelor’s degree in any field

2-5 years working experience as Claims Executive or in Claims Handling

Possess basic General Insurance knowledge

Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required

Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
