Job Responsibilities
- Handle the company’s daily procurement activities according to project and business requirements.
- Search and source for suitable materials, products, and suppliers based on project needs.
- Deal, communicate, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, lead time, and delivery schedule.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and other related procurement documents.
- Coordinate shipment, delivery, and logistics to ensure materials reach sites on time.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure vendor information is updated and accurate.
- Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure punctual delivery and solve any supply issues.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and management requirements.
- Work closely with China headquarters and follow company procedures and workflow style.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.2–3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.Must understand procurement process and have own supplier or sourcing channels.Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with China management team.Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).Must own a laptop and be familiar with Microsoft Office / Excel.Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure.Chinese candidate preferred (due to communication requirements with China team).Meal provided.Employment Details
