Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned features, from planning and execution to launch and optimization.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of prioritized initiatives.
- Gather and translate user feedback, market insights, and business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive feature prioritization, testing, and iteration cycles to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics, usage patterns, and KPIs to measure success and guide improvements.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform policies, and emerging technologies to keep our platform competitive.
- Act as the voice of the user to ensure product decisions reflect real-world needs.
Requirements
3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer web products or social media platforms.Solid understanding of social features (feeds, notifications, engagement tools, user profiles, etc.).Experience working with agile product development processes.Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proven ability to deliver products that enhance user experience and engagement.Preferred
Experience with community platforms, creator tools, or content-driven ecosystems.Technical knowledge of web technologies and UI / UX design principles.Passion for the future of digital interaction and online communities.Perks & Benefits
