Job descriptionTo be pro-active and take charge of the market conversion with sales expansion in your area. Identify customers' needs and sales opportunities to maximize sales growth through execution of marketing and business development strategies. Conduct sales activities at the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales quotations, proposal and inquiries to customers. Provide pre- and post-sales training and support to customers. Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continuous business growth. Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results. Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry are also welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage. Resourceful, analytic, results-oriented and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Candidate with proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, as this role frequently involves effective collaboration and understanding in dealing with various healthcare professional. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in hospitals, clinics or pharmacies. Possess a car, valid driving license and willing to travel. Area coverage : whole Johor
