JD : Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst

As a Payroll Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be supporting the Financial Controllership team within Global Finance Organization.

JD : Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Responsible for building technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Accounting : Reporting to Payroll Tax lead who covers the scope for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions.
• Prepare calculations from ERP systems to support periodic filing and payment of all Payroll Taxes for countries and legal entities.
• Prepare the work for annual tax filings and reconciliations performed by the team.
• Assist in supervising team members’ work and calculations, monitor timely submission of payment instructions, and archiving of pertinent PIT data.
• Liaise with external advisors to ensure changes in taxes are recognized and ERP tax filing is updated.
• Document and communicate abnormal tax expenses to Operations and Management.
• Prepare and review the reconciliation of all balance sheet tax accounts monthly; resolve or escalate queries or issues.
• Support all Tax and statutory audits and perform other duties as required.
• Supply Chain Finance : Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting, including distributed controllership, process simplification and internal controls.
• Serve as controllership experts on financial system and ERP implementations.
• Detect and signal flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggest improvements.
• Handle communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
• Contribute to project as a team member.
• Perform month-end closing activities to ensure recording of journal entries and to meet business deadlines and requirements.
