Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Business Planning

• Drive the Group’s long‑term strategic planning process, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business model evaluation.
• Partner with business units to evaluate growth opportunities – M&A, new market entry, or diversification.
• Prepare board papers and management reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation, and business scenarios.
• Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) for potential acquisitions, divestments, or restructuring exercises.
• Support negotiations by providing data‑driven financial insights.
