MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN cum LINE LEADER

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain wood pellet production machinery.

Handle mechanical repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.

Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and simple wiring / repairs when needed.

Lead and supervise a small production team to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure production targets, product quality, and safety standards are achieved.

Keep production area clean, safe, and organized.

Prepare simple production and maintenance reports.

Qualifications / Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience as a mechanical technician / production technician.

Basic electrical knowledge (e.g. wiring, troubleshooting, safety handling).

Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.

Good leadership skills to guide and supervise a team.

Working hours may be long and extend beyond normal shifts. Salary is monthly-based.
