TE Connectivity’s Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors. They design, recommend revisions, and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing the reliability of products and their components, and conduct analysis on relative reliability concerning cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Our teams develop, implement, and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, recommending corrective actions if necessary. They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control, and reliability programs governing materials, products, and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

Testing Equipment & Tool Management
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and tools to meet standards. Assign identification numbers to all inspection equipment and ensure external calibration when required. Develop calibration plans and monitor equipment operational status. Cross-Section Sample Preparation & Test Analysis
Analyze test anomalies with engineers and ensure accuracy in test results. Prepare cross-section samples for terminal riveting processes and manage high-frequency testing fixtures. Testing Equipment Safety
Conduct on-site safety inspections and confirmations of testing equipment. High-Frequency Fixture Maintenance
Manage, produce, and maintain high-frequency testing fixtures for production and new product introductions (NPI). Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or vocational qualification. Experience : Minimum 2 years in electronics industry testing. Skills : Strong communication, analytical abilities, and a sense of responsibility. Key Relationships
Internal : TC Supervisor, Quality Engineers, Project Engineers, Production Leaders. External : Suppliers. Core Competencies
