Job descriptionCommunicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Obtainsordersthroughemailandtelephonecalls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates. Increases orders by suggesting related items, explaining features and checks customer’s buying history. Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order. Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Parental leave Professional development
Responsibility
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure.
