Responsibilities

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, Innovation, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of emerging tech trends (Al, cloud, UX, automation).
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional innovation projects and change initiatives.
• Knowledge domain expert talk during monthly internal town hall
• Provide monthly reporting on the Monthly Credo Meeting
• Over than 4 training in a year (Online / Physical / attend conference)
