JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other layout design software.
• Familiar with ERP / MRP systems and production planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Data-driven mindset and good documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity standards.
