Commissioning Manager – Physical Security

Role Overview

The Commissioning Manager (CxM) will lead and manage Physical Security and ICT commissioning programs for data center projects. This is a client-facing role requiring strong planning, scheduling, team leadership, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commissioning program : schedules, planning, resource allocation
• Lead Cx Levels 1–5 (Design Review, FAT, SAT, IST, Operational Readiness) for security & ICT
• Serve as primary liaison with clients—lead meetings, provide updates, resolve issues
• Oversee documentation : commissioning plans, test reports, deficiency logs, status reports
• Manage and coach Cx engineers and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure design intent alignment and compliance with OPR and industry standards
• Drive handover process, operational readiness, and staff training
