Position Details

Position Title : Manager, Security Operations

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management, Security Monitoring and Threat Detection, Incident Response and Management, Policy Development and Compliance, Technology and Automation Oversight and Strategic Planning and Communication.
• Manage the daily operation of the SecOps to meet MAG business demands. Provide feedback, direction and advice on technical solutions to management related to MAG SecOps structure. Coordinate with other operational teams and maintain open communications with business user management to keep them apprised of operational situations that impact or may impact their respective areas.
• Provide consultation and industry-standard solutions to business users regarding the operation of SecOps. Manage business user requirements in Change Requests (CR) activities for MAG SecOps.
• Create and maintain documentation for MAG SecOps activities according to MAG IT standards and operating procedures.
• Maintain continuous and uninterrupted operation of MAG SecOps at all times. Manage continuous improvement activities, contract administration and project implementation (installation & configuration) within targeted response time.
