Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
To liaise effectively with internal divisions / departments and external organization.
Carrying out specific project and research as requested by director.
Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
Complete accounting task on outsource company.
Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements and execution of audit.
Prepare and compile the shares transaction data regularly and liaise with remisier regarding shares matter.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
Assist with personal errands, ad-hoc tasks, and project coordination.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (EPF, SCOSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain proper records of financial transaction and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Liaise with real estate companies, source property for REITs and update on REIT practices and listing.
Assist in preparing and processing loan applications and agreements.
Maintain proper records of customer documents and files in accordance with KPKT regulations.
Support compliance audits and KPKT inspections by ensuring all records are up to date.
The list is not exhaustive, additional duties and assignments will be given as and when necessary.
Job Requirement :
Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or related field.
Proven at least 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management or in a similar role.
Experience in handling full sets of accounts.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Able to work independently with discretion and professionalism.
Strong with Microsoft Office applications.
